We are searching for an Online Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and support our growing franchise system. This person will be responsible for managing our organizations online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in SEO, PPC, Social Media strategy & execution. Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Implement a successful local and national social media strategy
- Manage all Company PR
- Manage and grow local and national SEO and PPC campaigns
- Manage ecommerce including payment gateway/PCI Compliance
- Responsible for managing responsive design for all websites
- Oversee all of the company websites and CMS
- Development of online/interactive operating manual
- Manage online learning center website
- Participate in the development of mobile application
- Develop and manage social media strategy, content and platforms
- Oversee and execute all email marketing programs
- Manage internet marketing vendors
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelors Degree, concentration in Marketing or Communications
- Public Relations, Marketing and/or Media Management experience preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in online marketing; direct to consumer marketing preferred
- Expert knowledge in SEO/PPC
- In depth knowledge of all social media platforms
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Proficient in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe PageMill, Java Script/Applets, DHTML, HTML, Microsoft Office, E-commerce Programming, Windows and MAC
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
